Here is a sermon titled: God Creates Evil (!!!) by W. J. Mencarow who is a pastor of the Reformation Presbyterian Church in Boerne, Texas, located in the San Antonio area. He preaches from the Isaiah 45:1-7 passage. You won't hear this kind of sermon preached in today's churches, because it's either offensive, or it does not make sense. Probably yourselves will be offended or be in disbelief, but all I can say is listen with your Bible in your hand and ask The Lord for understanding.
